If you would like us to send you a treatment plan, approximate cost and time frame, we’ll be more than happy to do it! Just send us the following information:
- Periapical Full Set of X-rays.
- If implant surgery is needed, a Panoramic X-ray and CT Scan.
- Pictures.
You can send digital formats by email to info@atlantisdentalcr.com.
If you have Film X-rays and you want to digitalize them, you just need to scan them with the top of the scanner open and lots of light in the room. This way it will be easier for you to send it to us!
And about the pictures, it´s as simple as taking them with your Smartphone. We require four different views:
- Full face smile.
- Full smile close up.
- Upper arch.
- Lower arch.
